We offer shipping options at checkout using a number of carriers depending on your location. Each has a different cost and delivery time frame. A shipping cost calculator is available on the cart or checkout pages which will outline delivery charges to your location based on the items in your order.
Our warehouse is based in Perth, Western Australia. After placing your order please allow up to 72 business hours (excluding weekends) for processing and dispatch from our warehouse. After dispatch, couriers usually deliver items within the below timeframes, depending on your location:
- 2-8 business days for standard shipping
- 1-4 business days for express shipping
Occasionally, delivery delays can occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen carrier issues.
Orders are not collected by shipping carriers on weekends or public holidays.

We do not currently offer international shipping to areas outside of Australia except by special arrangement.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your order’s tracking number(s). Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, please don’t hesitate to contact us or speak to our live chat support, 7 days a week, using the chat button to the bottom left of the screen.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
- A signature is required to receive all deliveries unless authority to leave is given during checkout.
- Free shipping promotions are based on the total value of your order (excluding shipping costs) and may not apply when used with a discount voucher or other offer.
- Flat rate and free shipping promotions exclude certain bulky items including, but not limited to: kennels, coops, hutches, carriers and large pet beds.
- We reserve the right to cancel any orders not able to be shipped at a reasonable cost, or where discrepencies exist between the amount you pay and what we are charged by our carrier for shipping.
- We do not accept responsibility for someone else signing for your order at your nominated delivery address, or for the error of the carrier in delivering orders to the wrong address, although we will work to achieve the best outcome on your behalf.
- Delivery services are not available on public holidays and may not be available on weekends, depending on the carrier.
- Please note we do not offer international shipping at this time, unless via special arrangement.
- If you provide authority to leave, we will not accept responsibility should your order be lost or missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.
